Exchanges, Returns & Refunds

We gladly accept unwashed and unworn merchandise for return within thirty (30) days of purchase. Once we receive your returned items we will process the refund / exchange / store credit.  At this time we only offer return shipping labels if you received an obvious defective product, or an incorrect item as shown from your packing slip. 

 

To return or exchange unwashed and unworn items purchased from Drime Son Shirt Co., within thirty (30) days fill out this form and include it with your returned shipment. Please contact us at sales@drimeshirts.com if you have received the wrong product, a damaged or defective item or if you have additional questions or concerns.

How can I sell Drime products in my retail store?

"SO, YOU WANT TO BE A DRIME DEALER?" (suggestive wording intended)

 

A"Drime Dealer" is an extended part of the Drime Son Shirt Co. Family! They are independent retailers and/or resellers who carry our product in their store(s).

How do your products fit?

Our men's cut 100% cotton shirts fit true to size, but can shrink up to half size if dried in the dryer. Cotton/oly blend and tri-blend t-shirts can fit smaller and will be noted in the item description as with all of our products sold direct from DSSCo.

 

Women's cut t-shirts can fit pretty small compared to commercial and box store sizes. We are still finding the right blank for women's cut and appreciate all feedback. 

Sweatshirts fit true to size, and have a more relaxed cut and fit. Smaller or stylized cuts will be noted in the item description as with all of our products sold direct from DSSCo.
